Rasmussen Scholarship Program

The Rasmussen Scholarship Award Program assists individuals who require financial assistance to participate in any of the following courses with the Tennessee Language Center (TLC):

  • Group world language courses
  • English as a second languages (ESL) course
  • 150-hour TESL Certificate course

Founded by Wallace N. Rasmussen, a businessman and philanthropist who made a lifetime commitment to helping others achieve the education he never had. The Rasmussen Scholarship is a partial scholarship that covers up to 50% of the total tuition for the selected course.

The Scholarship Application includes information on how to submit the application and the supporting materials required. Scholarship applications must be received at least 2 weeks before the start of the course.
