Compensation: $14-$15.42/hr

Job Description:
Healthcare client seeking reliable individuals Customer Service Representative position. Seeking reliable individuals with excellent customer service skills, strong written and verbal communication skills and customer service and/or call center experience. Bilingual candidates are preferred, but not required. This role will be responsible for performing health services support duties.

Job Duties:
In this pivotal role, Customer Service Advocate respond to complex inquiries regarding benefits, billing, eligibility, coverage and other related information and provide solutions for customers, clients and health care professional via phone and email.

Desired Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish REQUIRED
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of customer service experience required
• Prior experience using medical terminology is preferred but not required
• Call center experience is a PLUS
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are preferred, but not required
