Your first observation is on online (there are six videos in all; more instructions after the videos): 

The second observation will be arranged with another trainee who is doing his or her Practice Teaching (after the In-Class Training component).  You will be provided detailed on-line schedule and location information on the second observation after the In-Class Training is complete.

You must complete this observation sheet during your on-line observation.

Please submit your observation form to esl@tfli.org or hard-copy by mail after completion.  These will not be returned to you, so please keep a copy for yourself.
