Culture-specific and Self-awareness Programs
Culture happens... at home and abroad, at work, at school, and in the community, and when traveling for business or pleasure. These programs are designed to enlighten participants in the thinking and habits of the target culture. Because aspects of our own culture are often innate to us, we may fail to anticipate how or why our own way of doing things could be misunderstood by others. Improving our cultural self-awareness helps us to be better aware of how culture has influenced our own choice of words and behaviors, and how these may be interpreted, or misinterpreted, by others.

Even within "American culture", there are differences in communication styles and thinking from one group to another.
